Happy Unbirthday – hybrid Gift Exchange!

I’m in full blown birthday mode with my DD’s birthday being next Wed, and her birthday party being this Sunday! So I thought it would be fun to do an unbirthday gift exchange! Who wants to join me? Keep the following criteria in mind when deciding if you’d like to join in:

1. Birthday package must be mailed.
2. Package must be mailed out by the end of the month of February.
3. You only have to send out one package, and you will receive one package.
4. Package must include:

• Hybrid gift made by you, this could be an altered container, altered notebook, birthday calendar, altered blocks, etc. Check out SSD or DST’s hybrid galleries or my Hybrid Hookup category for ideas!
• A small collection of some of your fave hybrid embellishments (flowers, brads, ribbon etc). Don’t spend more than 5$ on these, feel free to buy packages of buttons, brads, flowers etc and put some in a container to give away and keep some for yourself This way you can spend 10$, keep half and give half… increasing your stash and giving an assortment of your fave things in the unbirthday package, while still only giving away 5$ worth.
• A Happy UnBirthday card, made by you and filled out with a little hello and something about yourself. This can be what your fave hybrid project has been so far, where your fave place to go to for hybrid inspiration is, who your fave hybrid template designer is etc…

If you want to participate in the UnBirthday gift exchange, then send me an email at mpdesigns[at]live.ca and include the following info:

Fave colours, fave embellishment(s), link to one of your most complete galleries, blog address (if you have one), mailing address and email address. Don’t forget to also include your name This info is to help your partner to learn a little bit about you before they make you a hybrid gift and buy a few embellishments for your UnBirthday package.

You have until the end of this weekend, to put your name in for the gift exchange, then I’ll pair up all of the participants and email you the info for your partner first thing on Monday morning!
