Christmas Questionaire…
Here’s something I found on Jennifer Riggins Designs blog and I thought I’d play along, let me know if you do it too so I can read your answers!
1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Usually wrapping paper, but once in a while I’ll use gift bags for small things that aren’t really wrap-able.
2. Real tree or Artificial? Artificial, less mess, no allergy attacks, and we can put it up much earlier than a real one can be.
3. When do you put up the tree? Usually the first weekend in December.
4. When do you take the tree down? Hmmm… usually around the first of January.
5. Do you like eggnog? Oddly enough, I’ve never tried it.
6. Favorite gift received as a child? My parents never did much for Christmas, they couldn’t afford much with 5 kids. But I do remember getting a Walkman (portable cassette player) one year, that I looooved…. didn’t need to use my mom’s anymore, lol.
7. Hardest person to buy for? Someone you don’t know. That happened this year, I had to buy for someone at my new job for a gift exchange… but we’d never met, lol. I found out she was very outdoorsy and loved the colour green. So I think I did pretty well in the end, she seemed to like my choices 
8. Easiest person to buy for? My DD, kids are pretty easy to shop for when they’re young… they love to voice their opinion of what they want… lol.
9. Do you have a nativity scene? nope.
10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail. I like to send homemade cards.
11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? Hmmm…. I don’t know. I’ve never really received anything bad, lucky I guess. But there have been years where I didn’t get anything at all, so no worse gift by default? lol.
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? I don’t know, the Santa Clause movies with Tim Allen?
13 When do you start shopping for Christmas? Usually in September I start thinking and looking for good deals.
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? Nope.
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? Mmm…. Oreo’s holiday white chocolate covered cookies… and Pumpernickel bread with spinach dip.
16. Lights on the tree? yep, multi-coloured ones.
17. Favorite Christmas song? I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas!
18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? Stay home. We travelled once and I’ll never do it again, it’s too crazy that time of year. Instead we spend Christmas just the 3 of us (me, hubby and DD).
19. Can you name all of Santa’s reindeer? Maybe 
20. Angel on the tree top or a star? Neither, I like a more non-traditional topper…. a snowflake.
21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? Christmas morning.
22. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? Crazy last minute shoppers making the stores insane.
23. Favorite ornament theme or colour? Snowflakes!
24. Favorite thing for Christmas dinner? Ham, we have it Christmas Eve then Christmas Day we snack on leftovers.
25. What do you want for Christmas this year? Anything artsy crafty or a good book.
26. Who is most likely to respond to this? I don’t know, I’m sure a couple of my loyal readers will join in on the fun!
27. Who is least likely to respond: Hmmm…. anyone who doesn’t read my blog? lol…
