Tasty Thursday – Mango Muffins

Yummy! Can you tell I’ve been on a little bit of a muffin kick lately? I’ve been trying to eat breakfast as often as possible and muffins seem to be the easiest choice for a quick breakfast. So I’ve been trying out tons of different muffin recipes, my freezer has 3 different kinds in there so that I can rotate between different kinds without getting sick of any one.

So today’s muffin recipe is for Mango Muffins, and they are yummy! If you’ve never cut a mango before though, be sure to Google it so that you can see how to do it.
