Tasty Thursday – Garden Pizza
Today’s Tasty Thursday guest post is by Susan White of Scrappin’ Without Scraps blog. Thanks for filling in for me today Susan!
I found this recipe on the bag of a package of bean sprouts. To tell you the truth, bean sprouts aren’t something I normally buy so I’m not sure why they were in my refrigerator or why I was searching for recipes on the package. With a lots of zucchini from the garden around and a husband on a low carb diet it seemed like a good thing to try at least once.
Much to my surprise it was a big hit for dinner. One of the cool things about this recipe is that you really can’t tell it has bean sprouts and zucchini in it so for a number of years I kept the ingredients a secret so the kids wouldn’t decide they didn’t like it. They’ve only figured it out recently and were amazed it was so healthy!

I love scraping recipe cards and there’s quite a collection on my blog, Scrappin’ Without Scraps at http://www.susanwhite.typepad.com/ In fact I just had several recipe cards published in this month’s Digital Scrapbooking Magazine in an article by Angie Pedersen about family reunions!
I started digital scrapbooking about four years ago when I went to work for Triscape which makes FxFoto. I had long done photography so digital scrapbooking just made perfect sense to me. Lately I’ve been making post cards to mail to my daughters at camp and I have a post card tutorials along with lots of other tutorials on my blog. You can find tons of recipes there too.
