Tasty Thursday ~ Easy Peesy Chicken Soup!

Before I give you this week’s recipe I wanted to make an announcement. I will be gone for 3 weeks in August (family road trip/vacation! Yay!) and I was wondering if any of you wonderful readers would like to take over this weekly post for me while I’m gone? Just create a recipe card (or share ones that you’ve already created!) and share it here (August 7, 14 & 21st)! You can even include links to your own blog(s) in your post! Let me know if you are interested (email me at mpdesigns[at]live[dot]ca), it’s a great way to have contact with a new audience or if you’re new to blogging, it’s a great way to get started!

Now on to this week’s recipe! This soup is a great way of using up leftovers, and creating a soup that is full and cheap to boot! And the recipe card is simple, just like the recipe… and I couldn’t wait to create it when I bought the graphics used, I just love them! Kate Honarvar has got to be one of the greatest graphics designers in my mind, I just loooove her style!

Thanks for visiting my blog today!

I really like your recipe cards! Always so creative.

I installed Evernote yesterday and it is quite useful. I had been using a different service for a to-do list for work, but I was out of luck if I couldn’t get online. I really like Evernote because I can be offline on my computer or online anywhere and retrieve it. Thanks for the tip!

Mmmmm. That sounds delicious and what a great idea for using your leftover chicken (which we always have)!
