Be a part of a Sweet Treat E(cook)book!

Do you love to bake sweet treats? Love to scrapbook? Love collecting great new recipes? Then I want to remind you about a project that a friend of mine’s putting together!

Karen’s Yummy Treats Recipe Book is an ebook project that she’s putting together, but she needs our help! We need to spread the word and start scrapping! We need to submit a recipe of our own so that Karen will have enough recipes to actually call her project a book!

All you have to do is scrap a recipe that is 8.5×10 inches @ 300 dpi, (landscape) and include a photo if you can. You know it’s more enticing to try a new recipe if you have a photo to drool over first right?! Send it in to Karen – recipescrap(at)gmail(dot)com – (full size, no resizing for web!) along with your layout’s credit info (she’ll include a section in the book with all the credit info) then sit back and wait for her to announce that it’s ready for download! And she’s going to be sharing the link on her blog for all your friends and family members to go on over and download a copy for themselves too! Isn’t that great?! The cutoff date for submitting a layout is April 20, so get scrapping and start spreading the word to all your other scrapping and baking friends!

And just to entice you, I’ve personally shared my Krispy Fudge recipe (OMG can you say addicting?!) with Karen already for her ebook. But you can’t get the recipe if she doesn’t create the ebook, and she can’t create the ebook if she doesn’t have enough recipes! So… did I say “get scrapping” yet?!
