Tasty Thursday ~ Marmorkuchen (Marble cake)

It’s Tasty Thursday and I have a great recipe for you that my mother makes all the time! It’s called Marmorkuchen and it’s a marble cake, I believe it’s a German recipe (though I could be wrong, I had trouble finding any history of it online). My mother’s family on her mother’s side are from Germany so that’s why I think it’s a German recipe. Anyways, here’s the recipe… it’s delish! To get a really good marbling do small layers of each batter and use a knife to do some marbling after each layer is poured on. Enjoy!

  7. And your article is being very well received by Scraps of mind readers too Monique. I’m not surprised though, it’s a great read.

Your scrapbooked recipe cards almost makes me want to bake something, and I hate cooking.
