Tasty Thursday ~ Carrot Cake

This is a new recipe, I just made it for the first time on Monday with my DD. It’s a recipe from my MIL so I was pretty sure it would turn out ok… lol. And it did! Yum! Hubby brought half to work the next day and I’ve got a few requests for the recipe… lol. So here it is, Grandma’s Carrot Cake!

Sounds very yummy and how fun to preserve a Memory of Gramma’s cake. I bet your DH loved it 1st because it was Tasty and 2nd because it brought back childhood memories
