Layout Recipe #28 ~ Snow Smiles

This week’s layout caught my eye over at the DigiShopTalk’s gallery, it’s by Angel aka ajf9597 and is entitled Snow Smiles! This layout is soooo perfect for Winter! I love the swirly powdery snow feel that you get from this layout, and that photo is so adorable! The smile just draws you right into the layout bringing a smile to your own face. What was your inspiration for the layout’s theme or design?

The inspiration would be trying to capture my son’s first time getting to really play in the slow, he was riding on a sled for the first time and loved it.

What special techniques/actions/effects did you use if any in creating the layout?

For the photo I used a vanilla b/w action.
