Layouts last week

Well, I didn’t get many layouts done this week. I’ve been busy working on getting the blog changes done (almost done, just need to make those darn contact forms!) and I’m pretty much out of photos to scrap so it’s getting harder and harder to join in on all the wonderful challenges I love so much! But I did get 2 layouts done! Here they are:

This layout was done for 2 challenges (Of course I combine challenges when I can, lol!) Nancy’s Blog challenge #1, and the Write On! challenge at Elemental Scraps.

This layout was done for a challenge on The Digi Shoppe’s Blog “Random Inspirations Monday”.

So those are the 2 layouts I did last week! On a more personal note, I told you I had some appointements to take care of back on Thursday. Well I’m getting new frames! I have been wearing these ones for 4 years now and wanted new ones, and hubby talked me into getting these really cool ones, they are sooo not what I usually go for (think plain, wish they would disappear kinds) but I’m super excited about these ones! I won’t get them till Monday or even Tuesday, but I’ll take pictures as soon as I get home with them and show you! I hope you love them as much as I do!

So are you wondering when my new posts are gonna start? Well I’ll publish the first Challenge 411 post tomorrow! How fun is that! Then Monday or Tuesday I’ll post the Kaboodle Quiz and a link to the first B.R.A.G. Bag! And Tuesday or Wednesday I will show you my first pick for the Layout Recipes, you won’t want to miss it! At the end of the week I’ll try to post something kinda personal about me, and on Friday or Saturday I’ll share with you my layouts of the week – complete with clickable previews of the products I used of course!

Now I know, the Contact pages aren’t done yet… I’m really sorry and I swear it’s right there on my to do list along with a zillion other things, so I’m getting to it… eventually, lol. But don’t worry, I have plenty lined up for you and by the time I’m in dire need of some suggestiongs the contact pages will be done! So you wanna know what’s gonna be in the first B.R.A.G. Bag?! You see that little purple star element in the Smile layout? It’s in the bag! Along with a few other stars and some co-ordinating wordart… and a new layered sketch template I made. Well, I should sign off… gotta go watch America’s Got Talent in 8 minutes! I never watch any of those other reality talent shows, but this one I love… the talents are so diverse, it keeps it entertaining. Mind you, I still need a book or magazine or something with me for commercial time… I just hate idle time! Some may consider reading idle time, but not me! I just bought the new Canadian House and Home magazine today, so that’s what I’ll be perusing… maybe the Scrapbooks etc mag I got in the mail last week too. Hmmm, and maybe I should bring my notebook with me in case I get some creative idea I must write down… ACK! 6 minutes left! Ok guys ttyl! Have a great night/day wherever you are!
